"ROOMING THE GUEST - STANDARDS:

带客人进房 - 标准:"

1"Did an employee escort the guest to his/her room?

员工陪同客人到房间了吗?"


2"Did the employee engage in polite, unobtrusive conversation with the guest?

员工与客人进行礼貌,无阻碍的对话吗?"


3"Was the employee’s speech clear and use of English adequate to be fully understood? 

员工的话语清晰并使用足以被理解的英语了吗?"


4"Did the employee ascertain if it was the guest's first visit to the hotel and if it was were the locations of the restaurants, bars and health spa/fitness facilities pointed out (should be offered as opposed to automatic for returning guests)?

员工查明是否是客人的第一次入住酒店,如果是第一次入住,餐厅,酒吧,健身房是否有向客人介绍位置?"


5"Was the key card operation explained (where required)?

解释钥匙卡的使用了吗(有需要的地方)?"


6"Once at the room did the employee offer the option of a room orientation?

一到房间员工就给客人介绍房内设施了吗?"


7"Did the employee point out heating/air-conditioning controls?

员工指出空调使用了吗?"


8"Did employee explain any complex technical aspects of the room (i.e. electric curtains, audiovisual equipment, shower controls,etc.)

员工有解释屋内各设施的使用(电动窗帘,视听设备,淋浴装置)了吗?"


9"Did employee advise how the internet could be accessed in the room (i.e. via Wi-Fi or cable) and who to contact for technical assistance?

员工有解释屋内网线的连接方法并指出如需技术资源所要联系的人吗?"


10"Did employee point out location of in room bar (if not in a prominent position) and mention any complimentary offerings (if applicable)?

员工有指出房间小酒吧的位置(如果不在显眼的位置)并且提及免费的提供了吗?"


11"Did employee mention the valet/laundry services?

员工提到洗衣服务了吗?"


12"Did employee point out any master switches for lighting (if applicable)?

员工指出灯光的总开关了吗?"


13"Did employee point out location of hair dryer (if necessary)?

员工指出吹风机的位置(如果必要)了吗?"


14"Did employee point out directory/room service menu?

员工指出号码簿和送餐服务的菜单了吗?"


15"Did employee point out in room safe?

员工指出屋内保险箱了吗?"


16"Did the employee offer any additional service before departing (i.e. pressing, coffee/tea, etc.) and offer his/her name and/or a contact number?

在离开房间前员工有提供其它服务(如:紧急措施,咖啡/茶等等)并提供姓名或电话号码?"
